The birth of the conveyor chute can be traced back to the first industrial revolution, when with the rise of mechanised production, the problem of how to efficiently and continuously transport raw materials or finished products between different workstations became an urgent one. Early conveyor chutes relied on external power sources such as electric motors and steam engines, and used belts, chains and other transmission devices to fulfil the basic function of conveying goods.
Reduction Technology generates non-continuous non-closed surfaces on the cargo sliding path to produce a super vacuum environment similar to that of the Soviet Union's nuclear submarine underwater voyage, which effectively reduces 80% of the resistance of the cargo sliding when conveying chilled and other cold-chained goods.

In the chute selection and forming process, comprehensive consideration of the substrate, surface materials and reinforcement materials selection, strictly avoid the use of easily magnetised materials to prevent potential damage to magnetic products. At the same time, this design takes into full consideration of the needs of static electricity protection to ensure that the chute does not generate static electricity in the transport, good electrical insulation performance, essentially providing a safe and stable gliding path for magnetic substances.
The fibreglass substrate provides the basic support and energy absorption, and the highly wear-resistant and hydrophobic nano-coating on the surface creates a maintenance-free and excellent quality for more than 10 years.
The introduction of nano-particles improves the surface structure of the material, making the friction coefficient of the chute surface adjustable, with the roughness <Ra2.5, and the smoothness of the goods sliding down is increased by 92%. At the same time, the material can effectively resist corrosive media such as acid, alkali and salt spray after special treatment, and will not produce softening and deformation even in the extreme environment of -30~80℃, and the working stability rate of Keefam's chute is linearly increased to 98%.
The FRP chute made of new FRP composite fibre has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness and light weight, and its mechanical strength is comparable to that of steel. Through continuous R&D and upgrading, the weight has been reduced to 1/3 of carbon steel, which significantly reduces the overall load of the chute. In response to high-frequency impacts and collisions, the chute shows remarkable stability and is not easily damaged or deformed even when loaded with up to 65kg of cargo. In addition, the surface of glass steel is treated with environmentally friendly antioxidant treatment, which can keep the surface smooth under long time and high load operating conditions, reduce the damage rate of goods by 99.9%, and the service life is ≥10 years.
