In 2021, the head Courier company launched its first unmanned sorting project. Three layers of line bodies are used for spatial layout. Based on this overall design, a device was needed that could simultaneously transport goods from three different flows.
After Keefam received this demand, the designers combined the drawings with the field investigation, through innovative thinking, designed a unique chute: three entrance large spiral chute.
This chute has three entrances, corresponding to three different height of the line body, through the common part of the spiral section, the common support column, to achieve three different flow of goods to the same destination. At the same time, the 3D integrated molding surface design makes the goods slide at a constant speed, avoid the goods impact and reduce the damage of the goods.
This solution saves space for customers and greatly improves automation efficiency and floor efficiency. After it was put into use, it was well received by customers, who highly recognized our innovative solutions.
