This storage center is a complex scene with high floors, multiple entrances and multiple flows. In this environment, the equipment is very difficult to arrange. After receiving the customer's demand, our designers went to the site for many times to map, through repeated calculation and simulation, and discussed with the customer to determine a unique scheme: a cross-type double entrance and double exit large spiral chute.
The chute consists of two large spiral chutes that share a single support column and are interleaved in an effective space.
Through this design, the space utilization rate is twice that of the ordinary chute, and the cost is reduced by 50%, which meets the needs of customers in complex environment.
