Two-sided Sorting of All Categories of Goods

The storage company uses high-speed sorting robots to double-pick all categories of goods


This is a storage company with many categories of goods, which needs a sorting equipment with high versatility and strong sorting capacity. This equipment also needs to meet the dual-side sorting, increase the space utilization rate, improve the sorting path of the site and the warehousing time. Based on this demand, our designers came to the site to observe the type of goods and found that the types of goods packaging include cartons, collection bags, express bags, original packaging and so on. After detailed evaluation, intelligent sorting robot can be used to match the needs of the use scenario, intelligent sorting robot multi-wheel structure, large contact area with the goods, strong sorting ability, can effectively sort all kinds of packages, and can be left and right two-way sorting.

The project uses 35 high-speed sorting robots with specifications of 1060mmX920X600mm to effectively sort all kinds of packages.

After the project was put into operation in 2019, the site handled 100,000 pieces of goods per day, the production capacity was 4,500 pieces per hour, and the site automation rate reached 95%
